Elastrin Therpapeutics has won the 2018 Xi´an International Entrepreneuship Competition held in Hamburg October 19, 2018 and was selected with four other startups from Germany to be invited to the finals.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. med. Anne Thews delivered a presentation that convinced the jury consisting of various start-up and industry experts of the great potential our nanoparticle platform possesses for effective treatment of life-threatening diseases in over 40 Mio patients.
The finals will take place in Xi’an, China’s hub for R&D and innovative hi-tech industry, where Elastrin will pitch in front of a large group of investors on December 6th, and go head to head with the best and most promising start-ups invited from all around the globe. Aside from the chance to win prize money of up to 1 million Yuan (~145.00 USD) this poses a great oportuntiy to expand our network in the Asian markets and find valuable partners.
