Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 April 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect on elastrin.com and what we do with it. It applies to everyone who visits the site.

Who We are

elastrin.com is operated by Elastrin Therapeutics Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered at 200 C Patewood Drive, Greenville, South Carolina 29615, USA. Elastrin Therapeutics Inc. is the data controller for information collected through this site.

Our UK subsidiary, Elastrin Therapeutics Ltd. (3 The Old Estate Yard, High Street, East Hendred, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8JY, United Kingdom), serves as our local point of contact for visitors in the UK and European Economic Area.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly through one of two forms on the site:

  • Newsletter signup: your email address.

  • Contact form: your name and title, your organisation, your email address, the type of inquiry (investor, partnership, or other), and your message.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health data, financial details, or government IDs. Please do not include any in your message.

Why we use it

We use your email address to send you the newsletter only if you ask us to, and only until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

We use contact form submissions to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up on potential investor or partnership conversations.

For visitors in the UK and EEA, our legal bases under UK GDPR and GDPR are your consent (for the newsletter) and our legitimate interests (for responding to contact inquiries).

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Contact

For any privacy question or request, use the contact form at elastrin.com/contact. UK and EEA visitors can also write to Elastrin Therapeutics Ltd. at the UK address above.

© 2026 Elastrin Therapeutics Inc. All rights reserved.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions: up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required by law.

Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Children

This site is aimed at a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security and breaches

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and the site uses HTTPS. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, the people affected, in line with applicable law.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us. Contact us through the form at elastrin.com/contact.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of sale (we do not sell), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We will respond within the timeframe required by law — generally 30 days under UK GDPR and GDPR, 45 days under CCPA.

Who else processes your data

We use Wix.com Ltd. to host the site, run the forms, and deliver newsletters. Wix processes data on our behalf and is based in Israel with sub-processors in the US and EU. It relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK Information Commissioner's Office for any international transfers. Full details are in Wix's privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law or with your prior consent.

Cookies

This site is built on Wix. Wix sets functional cookies needed for the site to work and analytics cookies that tell us roughly how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most read). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you are in the UK or EEA, you will see a cookie banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also block cookies through your browser settings.

Details of cookies set by the Wix platform are in Wix's cookie policy at support.wix.com.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify newsletter subscribers.
